I started my latest & last fitness journey at the end of May but didn’t take it seriously until mid/end of June. I hired Greg and started going to twice a week, then I decided to go three times a week, then got a crazy idea and started going four times a week. My time with him consists of an hour of weight training with very little to no rest followed by 20 min of cardio. I also do cardio on my own twice a week for a total of 6 times a week! Greg put me on a meal plan which I follow religiously, that means I meal prep every Sunday night & I weigh out my food. I have lost over 50 lbs & have gained muscle. I work over 40 hours a week, have kids & still get my gym time in. I don’t take a magic diet pill or am on some crazy diet. I eat clean, train hard & put in the hard work.
