Nothing is overly complicated; Greg uses the simplest, most effective training methods available so that his clients never have to feel that they’re being driven into the ground. Greg believes that in training, being consistent is much more important than being overworked.



As OC Trainer’s President, and an American Weightlifting record holder and competitive bodybuilder, Greg truly understands what works and what doesn’t, and only utilizes exercises and fitness plans for his clients that are safe and proven to produce results.

Greg prides himself on being on the forefront of training, nutrition, and supplement technology and continues to utilize advancements in his training. He thinks it is vitally important that both trainers and clients continue to educate themselves and are receptive to learn new techniques.
